1. Event Overview
GT TOUR DUBAI 2026 is a private, invitation-only automotive event organized by THE RED LINE, a European event agency. The event is scheduled for December 4-6, 2026, and includes a three-day luxury supercar experience from Dubai to Abu Dhabi, coinciding with the Formula 1 Grand Prix.

2. Registration & Confirmation

• Pre-registration is required to express your interest.

• All applications are subject to selection and approval by the organizing team.

• Official confirmation of participation will be sent via email.

• Upon confirmation, participants will receive a payment link via email from olivier@theredline.be

• Please note: registration is only valid once full payment has been received. Without payment, your spot is not secured.

3. Pricing

• Driver Package: AED100,000 per supercar (includes access for 1 driver)

• Guest Package: AED30,000 per additional passenger

• Packages include: full program access, police-escorted drive, VIP hospitality, F1 Grand Prix access, and evening celebration.

3a. Eligibility Criteria

• 1) Vehicle type & age : Modern GTs, super-, hyper- or luxury performance cars built between 2006 and 2026 (≤ 20 years old). Exceptional classics built before 1990 may be accepted case-by-case by the Organising Committee.

• 2) Roadworthiness & preparation : Road-registered, fully insured and in sound mechanical condition (pre-event technical check).• Factory safety equipment (airbags, three-point belts) required; helmets recommended for any track sections.

• 3) Driver & co-driver requirements : Minimum age 21 for both occupants. Full driving licence valid in the UAE plus a passport with at least six months’ validity; UAE visa if applicable. (driving licence, passport, proof of both motor and travel insurance)

• 4) Mandatory insurance : Third-party motor liability and personal travel/medical insurance covering the United Arab Emirates must be presented at check-in.

• 5) Entry cap & selection : Maximum 100 vehicles. Applications are reviewed for fit-to-concept; a place is secured only after acceptance and receipt of the initial payment.

4. Payment Terms

• Payment must be completed within 7 days of confirmation to secure participation.

• Payment details and a secure link will be provided via the confirmation email.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Participant Cancellation:

  • Before October 1, 2026 → 80% refund

  • Before November 1, 2026 → 50% refund

  • After November 1, 2026 → No refund

• Event Cancellation by Organizer:

  • In the event of cancellation initiated by the organizer due to internal reasons (e.g., insufficient number of participants), a full refund of the amount paid will be issued to all registered participants.

  • The organizer will not be responsible for any additional costs incurred by participants, such as flights, accommodation, or other personal expenses.​​​

• Force Majeure:

  • No refunds will be provided in the event of cancellation or changes caused by circumstances beyond the organizer’s control, including but not limited to:

  • Geopolitical conflict or war in the region

  • Travel restrictions or border closures,

  • Cancellation or modification of the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix by the official Formula 1 organization or local authorities,

  • Suspension or disruption of air traffic due to airline or government decisions.

In such cases, the organizer will make every reasonable effort to offer an alternative or reschedule the event, but no refunds will be provided.

• Acceptance of Terms:  By registering for the GT Tour Dubai – Abu Dhabi 2026, the participant acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this Cancellation and Refund Policy.​

6. Code of Conduct

• The GT Tour is a road tour, not a race; UAE speed limits must be observed.

• The convoy is escorted by Dubai & Abu Dhabi Police; reckless behaviour results in immediate expulsion without refund.

7. Liability

• Participants are responsible for their own vehicles, legal documentation, and insurance coverage.

• THE RED LINE cannot be held responsible for vehicle damage, traffic fines, or personal injury.

• A signed liability waiver will be required before participating.

8. Conduct

• Professional, respectful behavior is expected throughout the event.

• The organization reserves the right to revoke access to participants who pose a risk to the event’s safety, image, or reputation.

9. Media & Image Rights

• By attending the event, participants agree to be photographed and filmed for promotional purposes.

• Media content may be used across digital, print, and broadcast channels by THE RED LINE.
